Kellie is passionate about putting people at the centre of organisations. She has worked in a variety of industries, in the public service, NGO and private sector within NZ and internationally. After a number of years in senior HR roles in the public service Kellie is excited to be in the role of General Manager, People and Culture at First Gas.
This is an exciting combination of HR and Communications and focused heavily on building on the successes to date – making First Gas a fantastic place to work. She has a real passion for customer centered design and continuous improvement which flows through into her approach to HR and Communications.
Kellie has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Management, Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Graduates. Hons in Management, BA in Psychology, Diploma of Grad in Marketing from University of Otago. In recent years she has also undertaken Executive education at Stanford university focusing on design thinking and large scale cultural change.
